Section 36
Notification
Notwithstanding anything written in this paragraph, if permission to construct a building cannot be granted according to the report received under section 32 or for any other reason, the chief administrative officer shall disclose the reason thereof within seven days from the date of receipt of such report for permission to construct a building under section 28. Notification should be given to the applicant or government agency.
